Shipping
We strive to deliver your orders promptly and offer express shipping options to meet your needs. However, please note the following regarding delays:
• Weather Delays: We work with trusted carriers to ship your orders on time, but delays caused by severe weather conditions or other natural events beyond our control are not eligible for express shipping refunds.
• Carrier Responsibility: Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, their terms and policies regarding delays apply.
SHIPPING POLICY IN THE US
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- No PO Boxes for UPS, FedEx or DHL
- All orders over $500 require a signature.
- If any item(s) in your order is on pre-order, your entire order will ship when the pre-ordered item(s) ships.
- Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking number. It is your responsibility to track it, and contact the shipping company with delivery questions or issues.
- If package is unclaimed or shipped back to us because of non-delivery, shipping charges are non-refundable.
US SHIPPING OPTIONS
UPS Ground- transit time approximately 5 Business Days after shipping
- UPS Ground displayed delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
- Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your order before shipping. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
UPS and FedEx EXPRESS SHIPPING-
- Orders ship out and are delivered on Weekdays Only.
- Orders must be placed by 11 am PST to ship out on the same day. If your order is placed after 11 am PST, it will ship out on the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order before shipping. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Additional Fees (Taxes and Duties): All orders are shipped from the US. You may incur additional charges upon delivery, as Taxes and Duties collected for importing merchandise is not included in the shipping price. If any customs or import duties are due, you will be notified once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
- Transit times take 2-7 business days after shipping, depending on location.
- If customer refuses to pay taxes or import duties and the package is returned to us, we are unable to refund the shipping costs back to you.
- All International orders require a signature.
